BECOMING ME
The Way to Your Future Self
PAUSE • RECONNECT • BECOME
ARE YOU AT A TURNING POINT?
Maybe you feel stuck or sense that you have outgrown your current situation, but cannot yet see what your next chapter could look like.
Maybe you know that something needs to change, but you are not yet sure what.
Or perhaps you already know where you want to go, but something seems to be holding you back.
You may be going through a personal or professional transition, questioning what really matters to you, or simply feeling that it is time to pause and find a new sense of direction.
If any of this resonates with you, Becoming Me offers you the time and space to explore what wants to come next.

CREATE SPACE FOR WHAT COMES NEXT
In everyday life, important questions are easily pushed aside.
For one weekend, step away from your usual routines and responsibilities. Slow down. Reconnect with yourself. Listen to what is happening beneath the noise of everyday life.
Becoming Me gives you the space to understand where you are today, explore what may be holding you back and create a clearer vision of the future you want to move towards.
Not simply by thinking about change – but by experiencing new perspectives and possibilities.
FOUR APPROACHES – ONE GOAL
During the weekend, we combine four complementary approaches that allow you to work with body, mind, emotions and your inner experience.

Yoga
Strengthen the connection between body and mind and become more present in yourself.

Breathwork
Release tension, connect with your emotions and turn your attention inward.

Meditation
Cultivate inner stillness and create space for clarity and insight.

Systemic Coaching
Explore the patterns, relationships and dynamics that influence how you think, feel and make decisions – and open up new possibilities for change.
WHY COMBINE THESE APPROACHES?
Sometimes we understand perfectly well on a rational level what we would like to change – and yet we remain stuck.
Yoga, meditation and breathwork help us slow down, turn inward and become more aware of our emotions, inner images and deeper patterns.
Systemic Coaching builds on this awareness. It allows us to explore our situation from different perspectives, recognise what may be holding us back and discover new possibilities.
Throughout the weekend, we will also share accessible insights from neuroscience and systemic thinking to help you understand why we think, feel and behave the way we do – and how this knowledge can support lasting change and new habits.
Together, knowledge and experience create an opportunity to work with body, mind, emotions and intuition – rather than relying on thinking alone.
