Aida's fear of flying - testimonial

After the constellation session focused on my fear of flying, I’ve had the opportunity to fly a few times, and the difference has been very noticeable.

Before, I used to experience significant anxiety starting the day before a flight and especially on the day itself. Being at the airport was particularly stressful, often accompanied by physical symptoms, mainly digestive discomfort, as if my body was holding onto a memory of fear.

Since the session, something has clearly changed. I still noticed some physical sensations at the airport, but they felt more like a residual bodily response rather than being driven by strong emotions. What stood out to me was that the nervousness and emotional anxiety no longer matched the intensity of the physical symptoms. It was as if my body reacted out of habit, but my mind and emotions were no longer fully engaged in the fear.

During the flights themselves, the change was even more striking. The fear that used to feel overwhelming was almost absent. At times, a thought or brief feeling of fear would arise, but it would pass quickly without escalating. It no longer took over my experience.

Overall, the session seems to have lowered the level of stress and fear related to flying. The fear is not completely gone, but it has clearly lost much of its intensity and hold on me, making the whole experience feel more manageable and calmer.
